1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of mobile car detailing services by Ceramic Shine Auto Detailing ("we", "us", or "our") to you ("you" or "the customer"). By booking, paying for, or receiving any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

We provide mobile car detailing services including but not limited to exterior washing, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related add-on services. Our services are performed at your nominated location within the Perth metropolitan area and surrounding regions at our discretion.

3. Booking & Scheduling

Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. When making a booking, you must provide accurate information including vehicle type, service address, contact details, and any special requirements.

We will make every effort to attend at the scheduled time. However, factors beyond our control (including weather, traffic, or prior job overruns) may cause delays. We will notify you as soon as practicable if we are delayed.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking via our secure online checkout powered by Stripe. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Vehicle size surcharges and selected add-ons will be reflected in the total amount displayed before payment. By proceeding with payment, you authorise us to charge the displayed amount to your nominated payment method.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee.

If we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances, we will offer you an alternative date and time at no additional cost.

6. Customer Obligations

• Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location.
• Provide access to a power source and water supply if required for the service.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service where possible.
• Inform us of any existing damage, pre-existing conditions, or sensitive materials prior to service.
• Ensure the service location is safe and lawful for us to attend.

7. Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the services remedied if they are not of acceptable quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the cost of re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for the affected service, at our option. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by factors outside our control.

We take no responsibility for items left inside vehicles. Please ensure all valuables are removed before service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ceramic Shine Auto Detailing and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint about our services, please contact us using the details below. We will attempt to resolve the matter promptly and in good faith. If we cannot resolve the dispute, it may be referred to the relevant Australian consumer protection authority.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website with the "Last updated" date shown above. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
